We get to meet you:

We will contact you to arrange an introductory interview and find out more about your ideal job. Interviews are conducted in person, by phone or through video conferencing. We are happy to counsel you on the current legal job market and work with you regarding non-traditional types of employment.

We prepare you for interviews with firms:

Should you desire, our recruiters will conduct mock interviews with you to prepare for your ultimate interview with our client. NorthStar Legal pledges to never send you on an interview until we have prepared and advised you so that you make the best impression possible. 

We value confidentiality for BOTH parties:

We make sure both the candidates (you) and the clients (the firms) agree to keep everything 100% confidential. You can rest assured that once you take that step and reach out to us, it will remain quiet. Also, we would NEVER send your resume to a firm without your permission first.
